My music
Vini is a Dutch media composer with a background in both composition and performance. Their work is driven by a fascination with storytelling, using music to capture atmosphere and emotion. Their music often blends acoustic textures with electronic elements, shaping atmospheres that are both intimate or bombasticly cinematic.
Reclame spec work
To show what I can do, I removed the original music from a few ads and created my own soundtrack.
For Decathlon, I aimed to create a high-energy vibe: powerful, but not overly masculine (since the ad seems targeted at women). I also wanted the music to tone down when the runner takes a rest, while still carrying the pulse of a heartbeat, like the feeling right after an intense sprint.
Soundscapes
For a Larp I was asked to create a soundscape to get players into the scene of a dream/nightmare
Komt wel goed is a short film about Mark and Saar. Mark lost one of his friends to suicide and has been shutting down emotionally, sinking into depression. Saar faces harassment on the street and at work, simply for being a woman. When they get stuck in an elevator together, they’re forced to open up about their struggles and resolving them.

Leader music
To practice writing leader music, I created a custom score for the series The 100. I extended the video slightly to give myself more room to build a fuller, more dynamic composition. This is not an official leader, just a personal exercise in scoring.
Encore is a short animation made in collaboration with BUAS students. For this project, I worked on the sound design, specifically focusing on movement sounds.
